We had an amazing stay at this hotel in a wonderful location. The staff, led by Ralf, were friendly and helpful. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the hotel facilities were great. The breakfast served was delicious, and we enjoyed a welcome drink upon arrival.

During my Christmas stay, I enjoyed two excellent services offered by the hotel: a welcome drink and a delicious breakfast. The hotel's location was also a major advantage, with easy access to nearby attractions. The spacious rooms were also a bonus, providing ample space to relax.
We weren't given clean towels or any cleaning service even once during our three-night stay. This was a big downside to an otherwise enjoyable stay.

the location is great, providing easy access to nearby attractions. the spacious rooms offer a comfortable stay, and the delicious breakfast is a perfect start to your day. the welcome drink adds a nice touch to your arrival.
Housekeeping could improve, as there were no clean towels or cleaning in between the 3-night stay.

The hotel staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home. the location was perfect for our city trip, close to all the key sights we wanted to see. We loved the welcome drink upon arrival and were pleasantly surprised by the delicious breakfast spread each morning. the rooms were spacious and comfortable, giving us plenty of room to relax after a long day of exploring.
We would have appreciated at least one visit from housekeeping to provide fresh towels and tidy up our room.
